STILL FEATURE
When "PLAY/STILL" button is pressed during
playback, a still picture can be seen. To start again
press "PLAY/STILL" button and playback will be
resumed.
NOTES:
• There will be some noise (interference) in the still
picture.
• After about 3 min. of continuous still, the video
camcorder will go into the stop mode.
"PLAY/STILL" Button
F-SEARCH (FORWARD) AND R-SEARCH (REVERSE) FEATURES
When you press "FF" or "REW" button during
playback, the tape will be played back at a speed
about 3 times faster than the normal playback
speed, and you can easily locate a certain spot on
the tape.
NOTE: There will be some noise (interference) in
the F-seach or R-search pictures.

SMART EDIT SEARCH
This function lets you quickly and visually search for a desired tape section in either direction: forward (called
CUE) and reverse (called REVIEW).
When the camcorder is in the pause mode.
1. Set the lock switch to "ON" position.
2. Press the zoom button to operate the smart edit search.
FLYING ERASE HEAD
A rotating erase head eliminates glitches and rainbow noise that occurs at the joints between recordings in
previous models.
