Using the timedmicrowave features for defrosting.
Do not operate the microwave oven without the turntable and support in place.
NOTE..Foods that spoil easily-such as milk, eggs, fish, stuffings, poultry and pork-should not be allowed to sit for
more than 1hour before or after defrosting. Room temperature promotes the growth of harmful bacteria.
How to Set Your Own Defrost Time
Eventhough yournewcontrolis equipped with
AUTO DEFROS, youalsohavetheoptionof
settingyourown defrosttime,

Press the POWERLEVEL pad _vice.
The display will show DEFROST.

Press the number pads to set the
defrost time. For exmnple: Press 5, 0,
0 to set 5 minutes.

NOTE:
Foods frozen inpaperorplasticcanbe
defrosted in thepackage, T ightly closed
packages s houldbe silt,piercedor vented after
foods havepartiallydefrosted, Plasticstorage
containers shouldbepartiallyuncovered
Prepackaged frozen dinnerscanbe defrosted
andmicrowaved, If foodsarein a foil container,
transfer t hemto a microwave-safe dish,
