GETTING TO KNOW YOUR REMOTE CONTROL
MODEL SC3820
VCR OPERATIONS
The following functions and
operations
apply to Zenith
VCR models built after 1991.
For complete details on how to operate your Zenith VCR,
refer to the operating guide suppfied with it.
The remote control mustbe in the VCR mode to operate
yourVCR, Press MODE to select the VCR mode. The
VCR indicator lightswhen you are in the VCR mode.
For optimum performance, point the
remote control toward your veil
VCR Mode Indicator Light
Lights when remote is in VCR mode of
operation.
MENU, SELECT, ADJUST and QUIT
Used with the on-screen menus and
programming options of the VCR.
Numbered Buttons
Used to select a TV channel through the
VCR. Also, used
to set the timerinthe VCR,
and to enter programming information.
ENTER
Used with the numbered buttons to select a
TV channel through the VCR.
AM/PM
Used to set timer during programming.
MEMORY
Used to activate the COUNTER
MEMORY
feature.
RECORD, STOP, PAUSE, REW,
PLAY and F FWD
Used for tape recording and playback
functions.

Press to select VCR mode of operation.
OFF/ON
Used to turn VCR On or Off.

(Flashback)
Press during VCR playback to view the
channel tuned by the VCR.
CHANNELUp/Down
Used to select a'IV channel by going
Up or Down through channels from
your VCR.
SEARCH
Press to operate the VCR SEARCH
feature which allows you to rewind or
fast forward to an indexed segment of
tape.
TV/VCR
Used to select the source of the
programs seen on the TV. Switches the
VCR between'IV
mode and VCR
mode. TV Mode: channels are selected
through the "IV. VCR Mode: channels or
tape operations are selected through the
VCR.
TIMER
Used to activate the SLEEP TIMER.
