workmanship for a period of one (1] year after the date of original retail

REFURBISHED PARTWITHOUT CHARGETO YOU FOR PARTSOR
LABOR.TCL Authorized ServiceDepot personnel will come to your
homewhen warranty service is required.Depending on the type of
repair required,either the servicewill be performed in your home or the
set will be taken to the TCL AuthorizedService Depot for repairand
returned to your home at no cost to you IN-HOME SERVICE ONLY
APPLIESWITHIN 100 KILOMETERS OF AN AUTHORIZED TeL
SERVICE DEPOT.
Limited Two (23 Year Warranty on Picture Tube*
TCL further wamantsthe picture tube in this televisionagainst defects in
materialsor workmanship for a period of two (2] years after the date of
original retailpurchase. DURING THIS PERIOD, TCL WILL, ATTCCS
OPTION, REPAIR OR REPLACEA DEFECTIVEPICTURETUBE WITH
A NEW OR REFURBISHED PICTURETUBE WITHOUT CHARGE TO
YOU, EXCEPTTHAT, IF A DEFECTIVEPICTURETUBE IS REPAIRED
OR REPLACED AFTER ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATEOF THE
ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE,YOU PAY LABOR CHARGES
INVOLVED IN THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.
Rental Units
The warranty for rental units beginswith the date of first rental or thirty
(30] days from the date of shipment to the rental firm,whichever comes
first.
*Commercial Units
Televisions sold and used for cornmercia]purposes havea limited ninety
(g0] day warranty for all parts, labor, and picture tubes.

(3] The warranties from TCL are effective only if the televisionis

in Canada.

customer controls, and installationor repair of antenna systemsare
not coveredby these warranties Reception problems caused by
inadequateantenna systemsare your responsibility.
Warrantiesextend onlyto defects in materialsor workmanship as
limited above and do not extend to any televisionor parts that have
been lost or discarded by you or to damageto televisionor parts
caused by misuse,accident, Acts of God (such aslightning or
fluctuations in electric power), improper installation, improper
maintenance,or use in violation of instructions furnished byTCL; or
to units that have been modifiedor had the serial number removed,
altered, defaced, or rendered illegible

(2} Presentyour bill of sale or other proof of purchaseto the Authorized
ServiceDepot AuthorizedTCL ServiceDepot personnel will come
to your home when warranty serwceis required Dependingon the
type of repair required, either the service will be performed in your
home or the set will be taken to the Authorized ServiceDepot for
repair and returned to your home at no cost to you IN-HOME
SERVICE ONLY APPLIES WITHIN 100 KILOMETERS OF AN
AUTHORIZED TCL SERVICE DEPOT.
