Step 2: Chargingthe battery pack
You can charge tile battery after attaching the
"InfoLITHIUM" battery pack (P series)
(p. 137) to your camcorder.
• You cannot use an NP-FP30 battery pack witl_
your camcorder. (See the rever_ side of the
battcry pack lor the lnodel number.)
Installing the battery pack with excess lorce nmy
lead to camcoMer mallhnction such as
delerioradon in battery pack perlormance or
diflicuhy in removing ll_e baltely pack.
CHG lamp
Slide the POWER switch in the
direction of the arrow to set it to
OFF (CHG) (The default setting).

/ Slide the battery pack in the
direction of the arrow until it clicks.
Connect the AC Adaptor to the DC
IN jack on your camcorder.
Open the DC IN jack cover to connect the
AC Adaptor.

on the DC plug with

camcorder.

Connect the power cord to the AC
Adaptor and the wall outlet.
The CHG (charge) lamp lights up and
charging slarts.
