A new 8cm DVD-R. DVD-RW. or
DVD+RW is required fer recerding (p.16).
• Remove dust or fingerprints from the disc
beforehand, using the cleaning cloth supplied
with your camcorder (p.134).

camcorder is

• You can rclnovethe disc when a power source
is connected to your camcorder c_en when
your calncorder is turned off. However, tile
disc recognitfim process (step 4) does not
slart,

in the direction of the arrow
(OPEN _).
[PREPARING TO OPEN] appears on the
LCD screett. Then the opetting meledy
sourtds once, and the camcorder beeps.
After the beeps step, the disc cover epens
slightly automatically.

facing your camcorder, then press
the center of the disc until it clicks.
