A problem occurs when the camcorder is connected to the AC Adaptor.
• Turn off the power, ;inddisconnect the AC Adaptor from the w:_llo=ltlel.Then, connect it :_g_Jin.
An unknown picture appears on the screen.
• The c_lmcordcr is in [DEMO MO DE] (p.79). Touch the LCD screen or insert _J disc or"Memory
Stick Duo" (For DCR-DVD305/DVD755) to cancel [DEMO MODE].
An unknown indicator appears on the screen.
• They may be

indic_Jtors or mcsstlges (p. 127).
The picture remains on the LCD screen.
• This occ/Irs if you disconnect the AC Ad;iptor from the w:dl outlet or remove the b_Jttery pack
without turning off the power first. This is not a m_lfilnction.
You cannot turn the LCD backlight off.
• During Easy Handycam operation (p.34), you cannot turn the LCD backlight on/off pressing
and holding DISP/BATT INFO.
The buttons do not appear on the touch panel.
• Touch the LCD screen lightly.
• Press DISP/BATT INFO on your camcorder (()r DISPLAY on the Remote Commander (For
DCR-DVD3(}5/DVD755) ) (p.27, 53).
The buttons on the touch panel do not work correctly or do not work at all.
• A({jHst the screen ([CALIBRATION]) (p.14fi).
The picture in the viewfinder is not clear.
• Use the vicwfinder lens _J(ljustmcnt lever to a(lj/=st the lens (p.26).
The picture in the viewfinder has disappeared.
• The pictHrc is not disphJycd in the ,_icwfin(ler when the LCD screen is open. Close the LCD
screen (p.26).
