from crankingor startingunlessthe parkingbrakeis
engaged,and the PTO(BladeEngage)leveris in the
disengaged(OFF) position,

leverin the engaged(ON)position,regardless of
whetherthe parkingbrakeis engaged,
With the ignitionkey in the NORMALMOWING
