the refrigerator, making the whistle
sound,
* Check the sound of refrigerant at the
initial instalration.
- Check the sound when the refrigerator
starts operationafter forced defrosting,
- Check the restrainerattachment
conditionson the evaporator and
capillary tube weldjoints,
- Check the sound when compressor is
turnedon.
- Check the sound when compressoris
turned off.
oCheckthe soundby openingand
closingthe refrigerator or freezerdoors.
- Check the restrainer attached on the
evaporator and capillarytube weld
joints and attach another restrainer.
- If it is continuousand servera, insert
capillary tube again (depth:lS_+3mm)
. Fasten the cepillary tube to suction
pipes or detach in the compressor
compartment.
- Explain the pdnciples of freezing
cycles.
- Explain the principles of freezing cycles
and refrigerant flowing phenomenon by
intemal pressure difference.
- If sound is servere, wrap the
accumulatorwith foam end restrainer.
- Broaden the cap of discharge hose for
defrosting in the compressor
compartment.
- Seal the gap with sealant between out
and inner cases of hinge in door.
