1. It is caused by heat expansion
and contraction of evaporator,
shelves, and pipes in the
refrigerator.
1-1 Check time and place of sound
sources.
1) Reassemble the vibrating parts
and insert foam or cushion where
vibration is severe.
2) Leave a clearance where parts
interfere with each other,
3) Reduce vibration with rubber
and restrainer if it is severe.
(especially, compressor and pipe).
4) Replace compressor stopper if it
vibrates severely.
1) Explain the pbnciples of refrigeration
and that the temperature difference
between operation and defrosting
can make sounds.
2) If evaporator pipe contacts with other
structures, ieave a clearance between
them (freezer shroud or inner case).
