Causes
Cyble pipe is clogged.
Check sequence.
1, Check temperature of condenser
manually,
If it is warm, it is OK.

- Heat up compressor discharging
weld joints with touch, disconnect
the pipes, and check the clogging.
Remove the causes of clogging,
If it is not, compressor discharging weld, evacuate, and recharge

- Replace if motor does not operate.
- If fan is disconnected, check fan
damage and reassemble it.

and assembly sequence.
