RACK 1: Use for roasting large cuts of meat and poultry,
some frozen pies, Angel Food cake or for two-rack baking
and three-rack convection baking (select models:).
Models with an exposed bake element: 9 x 13 cakes,

rack baking and three-rack convection baking (select

MULTIPLE RACK COOKING:
Two rack: Use rack positions 2 and 5, or 1 and 4. Stagger
food to ensure proper air flow.
Three rack: (convection only, select models:) Use rack

Notes:
, When Convect baking on two or three racks,
check foods at the minimum suggested time to avoid
over-browning or over-cooking.
, Never place pans directly on the oven bottom.
Baking Layer Cakes on Two Racks
For best results when baking cakes on two racks, use racks 2 and
5 for regular or convection baking (select models:).
Place the cakes on the rack as shown for models with a hidden
bake element.
