TOASTING PAD
(UPPER DyE.O.L )
For toasting bread and products that are
toastedin a toasterortoasteroven.
1. Pressthe TOASTING pad.
2. Press theAUTOSETpadtoset4 minutes
of toasting time.Eachadditional presswill
increase thetoastingtimeby 10seconds.
TOASTING willbe displayed.
Or,presstheappropriate number p ads
to setthetoasting timein minutes and
secondsbetween10 secondsand 10
minutes.
Example: T o set toasting timefor two
minutes, p ress2, 0, 0.
Browning time may vary,watchtoast-
ingcarefully to avoidover-browning.
3. TheAUTOSETtoastingtime{4 mthutes)
canbechanged foryourconvenience. To
change theAUTO SETtoasting t ime,press
TOASTINGpad,enterthe desiredtime,
then pressand holdAUTOSET padfor
severalseconds. The controlwill beep
and NEWAUTOSETENTERED will be
displayed.
NOTE:TheAUTOSETtime forTOAST-
INGcan besetfrom3 to 10minutesor on
select models from 10 secondsto 10
minutes.
4. If thelower ovenis operatingwhenthe
TOASTINGpad is pressed,TOASTING
NOT AVAILABLE- LOWEROVEN IN
USEwillbedisplayed.
5. At the end of the set toastingtime,the
displaywillreadTOASTING COMPLETE
and beepfourtimes.Onereminderbeep
wiflsoundevery30seconds for5 minutes
or until C ANCELpadispressed or door is
opened.
NOTE:Foroptimalresultswhen toasting 4 -5
piecesof bread or othersimilaritems,follow
diagrambelowforfoodplacement.

Forsafelykeeping foodswarm orforwarming
breadsand plates.
1. PressKEEPWARMpad.
2. PressAUTOSETpadfor 170°F or press
theappmpdate number p adsfortempera-
tures between 145"and 190 ° F.
3. KEEPWARMand the temperaturese-
lectedwillbe displayed when thefunction
isactive.
4. Whenwarming iscomplete, press CAN-
CEL pad.Remove food fromthe oven.

I Toasting timeswillbe shorterwhen
the oven is hot or whenrepeated
toastingfunctions aredone,
KEEP WARM
I Foroptimal foodqualityan, d nutrition,
ovencookedfoods shouldbe kept
warm fornolonger than1to 2 hours.
I For optimaifoodquality and color,
foods c ooked ontherange top should
bekeptwarm foranhourorless.
I To keep foods from drying, cover
looselywith foilor a lid.
I To warmdinnerrolls:
- cover rolls loosely with foil and
placein upperoven.
- pressKEEPWARMand
AUTOSETpads.
- warmfor 12-15minutes.
To warmplates:
- place 2 stacksof up to fourplates
eachin the upperoven.
- pressKEEPWARM and AUTO
SET pads.
- warm for fiveminutes, t urnoff the
ovenandleaveplates intheoven
for 15 minutes more.
- use onlyoven-safe plates,check
with themanufacturer.
- do notsetwarmdisheson a cold
surfaceasrapidtemperature
changes couldcausecrazing.
