Glass-ceramic cooktops retainheatfora period oftimeaftertheunitistamedoff.When
theHOTSURFACE lightturnsoft (seebelow), t hecooking areawillbecoolenough to
touch.
Because oftheheatretention characteristics, theelements willnotrespond tochanges
in settingsasquicklyas coilelements.
