Setting Oven Controls
Setting Convection
Roast
This method of cooking enables you to obtain the best results when roasting. Allow your oven to preheat before
roasting. A beep will let you know when the convection roast temperature
is reached. The oven can be programmed
to convection roast at any temperature from 300°F to 550°F (149°C to 288°C). Remember to use tested recipes with
times adjusted for convection roasting when using the convection mode. Times may be reduced by as much as 30%
when using the convection feature.
INSTRUCTIONS
To Set the oven to Convection
Roast at 350°F (176°C)

Arrange oven racks.

Enter the desired roasting temperature
using the number pads

Press <TAR>; CONV and the fan icon will be displayed (Figure 3).

The appliance is equipped with a feature which will allow you to change from a normal baking to a convection baking mode
without making any temperature adjustment; the controller will do it automatically. The CONVERT
pad controls the convection

When the bake mode is on at 400 ° (204°C) (figure 6), press ,/c-'_v_

higher since the minimum convection temperature is 300°F (149°C).
NOTE: Convection convert will not operate if you have a timed bake
