Allow the pan to soak. Sprinkle
the grid with
dishwashing
detergent and cover with a damp
cloth or paper towel and let stand

needed
Wash, rinse, and do/well.
You may
also place
both
the pan and
grid
in the
dishwasher.

Clean after each spillover,
if acidic foods (such

cloth to wipe up right away
When the surface
has cooled,
wash and rinse.
For other spills,
such as fat sptatterings,
wash with soap and
water when cooled and then rinse. Polish with
a dry cloth

cleaning
creme
to the
soiled area
Holding
a razor scraper
at a 30 °
angle against the cooktop
surface, scrape off
as much soil as possible.
Apply more creme
to the remaining
soiled area; wipe dry using a
paper towel
