CLEANING MATERIALS TO USE:
o Dishwashing detergent • Warm water
• Nonabrasive cleaner • Soft cloth
• Ammonia
TO CLEAN
For stubborn stains, place grates into a plastic
bag. Pour 1/4 cups ofammonia andseal tight
Allow to soak overnight, Wash and rinse welt.
To help prevent rusting, lightly coat the burner
grates with cooking oil.

° Warm water
TO CLEAN
If foods (such as marinades, tomato sauces,
basting materials, etc.) spill on the surface
while the areas are hot, wipe up as much as
possible with a paper towel. When surface
has cooled, wash with detergent and water,
rinse and dry well
