Dolby Pro Logic II is a multi-channel playback format to convert 2-
channel software into 5-channel (plus subwo_ff_r), l'he matrix-based
conve_ion methc_ used t'_" Dolby Pro Logic lI makes no limitation
for the cutoff f_uency of the sttrmund treble and enables stereo
sttrround sound.
• This recelvar provides two types of Dolby Pro kx_gic II mc_es--
Pr_al_Jglc I1 Movie (J_Kli MOVIE) and I_, lmglc II Music
(yk[I MUSIC).

recording methods ttTS-ES Discrete 6.1ch (ES DSCRETE) and

a 6.1 channel signal discretely m avoid interference with each

signal is enc_ed (and decoded) in both the left and right surround

up, You can select either channel you want m listen m (see page
29).
