and remove
the spark
plug

out cleaning,
repairs
or an inspection.

Always
wear
heavy duty
gloves
when
repairing
the
blades.
The blades
are
extremely
sharp
and can
easily causes
cuts.
• Store the machine
out of
reach from children.
Only use original spare
parts when carrying out
repairs.
Basic working
techniques
• When
cutting
the sides of a
hedge,
work
from
the
bottom
upwards.
When
cutting
horizontally,
work
from
right
to left.
•
Adjust
the throttle
setting
to suit the load.
• When
trimming
a hedge
the engine
should
always
be turned
away from
the
hedge.
• The hedge trimmer should
be held as close to the body
as possible to get the best
balance.
• Make sure that the tip does
not touch the ground.
•
Do
not ttTf to force the
work, but move at a steady
speed so that all the stems
are cut evenly.
