Use a flat-bottomed
wok,

We recommend that you use a 14-inch or
smaller fiat-bottomed wok. They ore
available at your locat retail store. Hake
sure the wok bottom sits flat on the grate.
Only a fiat-bottomed wok should be used.
Do not use o round-bottomed wok on o
support ring. Plocing the ring over the
bumer or grate moy cause the burner to
work improperly, resulting in corbon
monoxide levels above allowable
standards. This couid be dangerous to your
health.
