Using the oven.
How to Set the Oven for Broiling
IMPORTANT:To avoid possible burns, place
the rocks in the desired position before you
turn the oven on.
P{ace the meet or fish on a broiler grid

in a broiler pan designed for broiling.

Broiling Guide.

The oven door must be closed during
broiling.

Touch the BROIL HI/LO pod once for
HI Broil.
To change to LO Broil, touch the
BROIL HI/LO pod again.
Use LO Broil to cook foods such as poultry
or thick cuts of meet thoroughly without
over-browning them.
15] Touch the 5TART/ON pad.

When broiling is finished, touch the
CLEAR/OFF pad.
Serve the food immediately, end leave the
pen outside the oven to coot during the
meal for easiest cleaning.
The size, weight, thickness,
starting temperature
end your preference
of aloneness wilt effect
broiting times. This guide is
based on meats at
refrigerator
temperature.
