Use the chart below as a guide for determining proper flame size for various types of cooking. The size and type of utensil used and the amount of food being cooked wilt influence the setting needed for cooking.

The oven can be programmed for Convection baking at any temperature between 300°F and 550°E Convection baking uses a fan to circulate the oven's heat evenly and continuously within the oven (See Figure 1).
