Installing the 2-Drive Upgrade
Note
There is 1 drive installed in each drive enclosure.
To add 2 drives, you will install drive enclosures where the air
baffle plate is currently installed.
1. Remove current drive cables from the interposer PCA.
2. Remove the air baffle plate. Refer to Figure 3 for the correct location of the plate and of the 3
screws that must be removed. (You will need to use 2 of these screws to add the drive enclosures.).

3. Verify that DIP swtiches on the top of the new drives are set to OFF, which is in the forward posi-
tion (toward the front of the drive.) Refer to Figure 4.
