Zoom memory
When the zoom control is operated while pressing the
Fnl
button, the camera
changes in steps to the focal length (equivalent to 3Smm [135] format of angle of
view) of the zoom lens that is set in advance in Zoom memory. Tile following
settings are available: 28 mm, 35 mm, 50 mm, 85 mm, 105 mm, 135 mm and
200 mm.
• C}hoose tile focal length with tile m ulti selector, and then press tile _) button to
set tile check box to on _'
or off.
• Multiple focal lengths can be chosen.
• Tile default setting is on _
for all tile check boxes.
• To finish tile setting, press tile multi selector _.

• Operate
the zoom control
while
pressing the
Fnl
button
to change
the zoom
position
to _cal
length
for which the zoom
memory
is set to on.
The changed
focal length
is the closest
to that before the operation.
To cha nge the zoom
position
to the next focal
length
level, release the zoom
control
and then operate
it again.
• Release your finger
from the
Fnl
button
when
using the digital zoom.
