more information.

• To exit without deleting the image, press the MENU button.

_,4 Notes About Deletion
• Deleted images cannot be recovered. Copy important images to a computer before deleting
them from the camera,
• Protected images (_ 80) cannot be deleted,
_1_ Deleting Images Captured Using Continuous Shooting
• Each time images are captured continuously, they make up a group of images called a sequence,
and by default only the first image of a sequence (called the "key picture") is displayed to represent
the sequence (_'57),
• When you press the MENUbutton during key picture playback, all images in the key picture's
sequence can be deleted (_'59),
• If you want to delete individual images in a sequence, press the _) button before pressing the
button and display all images in the sequence individually,
[] Deleting the Last Image Captured While in Shooting Mode
In shooting mode, press the _ button to delete the last image that was saved.
