Protecting All Still Images

To protect all your still images, movies, or
sounds, follow the steps below.
Buttons used here
Turn the Mode Dial to 6 (Playback Mode).
Press the M button.
The Playback menu is displayed.
Press the " button to select [PROTECT]
and then press the O button.
• To remove protection from all your still images, movies, or sounds, select [CANCEL] in step
• You can remove protection from all or multiple images, movies, or sounds at once.
• To remove protection for one still image at a time, see p.97.
• To set/remove protection of selections made on the Thumbnail Display screen, see p.100.

Press the $ button to select [ALL FILES].
Confirm you are choosing [SELECT] and
then press O.
When set to Protect, the Protect symbol appears in
the upper left of the screen.
