5.HOW TO MANAGE DOCUMENTS
Select whether to print all pages of the document or only specified pages and click

[Print].
All Pages — Select this option to print all pages of the document.
[first page number] - [last page number] Pages — Select this option to specify the pages to be printed. When
this option is selected, enter the numbers of first page and last page to be printed in each box.
Department Code — Enter a 5-digit department code. This must be entered only when the department code is
enabled on the equipment.
– When the user management setting is enabled, the maximum number of copies that is allowed for the
department and user will be displayed on the upper right of the page.
– Clicking [Print] prints one copy of the document and the print result window is displayed.
– Clicking [Cancel] closes the Test Print window without printing.

Click [Close] to return to the [Documents] tab page.
When you want to cancel a job before printing is complete, access COMMAND CENTER, click the [Job Status]
tab > [Print] or [Scan], select the job and press [DELETE].
 Storing documents
From an application that runs under Windows operating system, you can send a document as a print job to e-Filing with
the printer driver.
You can store your documents in the public box or in a user box.

When you store a document in e-Filing by using the printer driver, the printed image (not the original document in your
computer) will be stored in e-Filing.

Saving a print job in the public box

Open the document that you want to store in the box.
Click the [File] menu and select [Print] in your application.

The Print dialog box appears.
