Monitoring Print Jobs with Monitor3
While you're printing, click the
Application menu at the right end of the menu bar. You see a
dialog box like the following:
Jobs currently
printing
Jobs queued for
printing
Click to set
priorities for
waiting print jobs
From this dialog box, you can pause, restart, and cancel print
jobs. You can also prioritize print jobs by following these steps:
1. Click the

you need to restart
the print queue.
Select Start print
queue from the
Printer menu

2. Select the document you wish to prioritize.

box. You see an extended dialog box similar to the one
