Your Suunto heart rate monitor can store your training sessions and summarize the
data according to weeks and months.
The available time periods are:
: current week, Monday through Sunday

: previous Monday through Sunday period
LAST WEEK
● Month (month name in English): current and previous five months
The available summary information per time period is:
● Training Effect totals
● Number of training sessions
● Total training time
● Total distances per POD type
● Total calories burned
To view your training totals:
1. Press [Lap +] while you are in
2. Scroll through the time periods using [Lap +] and [Light -].
3. Scroll through summaries for the time period using [View Back] and
4. Exit
by pressing [Start Stop].
