Troubleshooting
Problem
Left margin moves to the
right during printing.
Some characters are printed
incorrectly.
Possible Cause
The paper is not loaded
correctly, causing the print
head to jam.
The ribbon cartridge is not

correctly for the thickness of
paper being used.
