solve the problem using the troubleshooting information in
this guide, contact customer support services for assistance.
We will be able to help you much more quickly if you give

(The serial number label is on the underside of the
camera.)

Brand and model of your computer:
Camera software version:
(Click the About button in your camera software.)
Windows version (for example, 95 or 3.1) you are using:
Software applications you normally use with your camera

If you purchased your camera in the UK or the Republic of
Ireland, Epson (UK) Limited provides a range of customer
services and technical support.
Note:
For customers in the Republic of Ireland, please use the correct
dialing codes when dialing the UK telephone numbers listed in
the following sections. For example the Customer Support
telephone number, 01442 227478, should be dialed as 00 44
