Align the grooves
on the
flush-cut
blade with the
four raised ribs on the drive
shaft; put the blade onto the
drive shaft. (Fig. 36)
With your gloved
hand
holding the blade, put on
and tighten the flange bolt
using the hex key.
NOTE: The ribs on the
shaft and the grooves
in the
accessory
tools permit a firm
connection
of the accessory
tools in increments
of 30 °
around the shaft (Fig. 37).
Apply the accessory
tool in the
orientation
appropriate
to the
task at hand.
USING THE FLUSH CUT
BLADE (Fig. 38)

Connect the Multi-Tool to a
power source.
Clamp the workpiece
securely.
Draw the cutting
lines on
the workpiece.
Put the blade along the line.
Switch
on the tool, and
apply with appropriate
pressure until the blade
cuts to the depth needed
according
to the scale on
the blade.
