SPRAYER ASSEMBLY

1. Remove all loosepart_m
insidethe tank.
a.(Wand & Tip assembly- 35,36_37,3g)
b.(Strainer - 2)
c.!Hardwam Bag for MountingBracket)
2, Installtop ofPumpingSharK32) intotop of Compression
Champar(31),and bottomof PumpingShaft (32) intobottom
holein PumpingLever(20). Installwashersand cotterpinsto
securethe shaftin place, InstallStrainer(2) intomouth of
ChemicalTank (1).
3, Cheokal) pumppartsfor tighthessbefore using. Check
and make SureCotterPins are in place so PumpingShaft
moveswhen handleis used.
REVERSING.PUMPHANDLE:
•You canwearthe sprayerfor rightor left handpumphandle
operation.To reversepumphandle location,reversethe
CarryingStrap(53) and wear the sprayerfromthe opposite
side on your back. To reversethe Cawing Strap:Remove
the strapFbdSg Clamp (6). Removethe strap from the strap
slot:below thecarrying handle. Relnsortstrap intoslotfrom
oppositesideoftank. Replace clampto secure strap in place.
• NOTE: Makestrap adjustment BEFORE filling the tank (Full
tankwill weighapproximately 42 Ibs,).
PRE-USE CHECK:
1, Check hose{o make sure it is seauralyatta_ed to the tank
outletand shut-offvalveinlet, leepestI:=osa f or deterioration,
cracks,softness, or brittleness,
2. Removepumpand inspectinteriorand exteriorof tankfor
signsof deterioration (i,e, aracldng and bdttleness) thatcan
result In explosive bursting under pressure.
3, To test sprayer,flit,pressurize(pump8-10 times), and
spraywater. If unit passestest, release pressure,empty
water and proceed.

OPERATION
1. Measuresprsymaterialaccording to chemical
manufacturer's packagingor instructions.

2. ReplaceChemicalTankLid (3) .securely oncefilled, Pump
the handleon the sprayeruntilyou begin to feel a slight
resistance, y ou have now pressurizedyoursprayerand are
reedy to continue.
3, To.havecontinuous spraying,depressthe handleand slide
the lockmechanism to lockthe handlein the "down" position.
4. It may be necessaryduringsprayingto periodically pump
the unitin orderto maintain pressure.DOnot over-pressudze
the pumpas it may cause damageto the unit,
5. Oncefinishedwith the sprayingjob, spraychemicalout of
wand untilall pressureis relievedand wand willnot spray.

6, Disposeof chemicalscorrectly; d isposalinstructions w mbe
writtenon chemicalmanufacturer's packagingor label.
CLEANING: Oncechemicals are emptied, fillunit_dightly
withwater and replaceand tightencap. Sloshwateraround
insidetankto dnae internalparts.Pressurizetank and use
wand to spray water for a few moments. Un-presau'dze tank
byspraying untilpressureis relieved. Then emptyany
remaining waterfrom tank to preventany corrosion from
occurring.

Leek of pumping pressure
ChecWReplaoe the bushing and valves(24,25,30)
•Leaking from the upper part of (he tank
Check/Substitute t he valve(5) or re-tighten the packing nut(8)
Leaking from the Adjustable Nozzle
Removethe air from the SUPER 3 valve(40) by spraying
upwards for a few secondsor replacethe sealing cushion(52)
Lever with hard movement
Lubricatethe bushing(25) weeklyor slig-htiy loosenthe
PackihgNut(8)
NOTE: The bushingmay be lubricated with s lightgrease.
"thiscan be done fromwithihthe tank, or by disassembling
the piston.
NEVER leave agrsohemisal r esiduesinside the sprayer tank.
WASH the sprayerwith cleanwater at the end ofeveryjob,
then lubricate.
The kay toYearsof trouble-free serviceis to keepyour
equipmentclean and dry.
Occasionally checkall movingparts'forfree movementand, if
.necessary, l ubricatewithoiL
Shouldrustdevelop,sand lightlyand then paintareswith
enamel.
Periodically check all fasteners for tightness.
