Select hnportant images and protect then_ fiom accidental erasure. If a
MultiMediaCard is formatted, however, all images, including protected images,
will be permanently erased (I_ 112).
• The pre-recorded sample images provided on the MultiMediaCard are already
protected.

Make sure a MultiMediaCard that has hnages recorded on it is inserted into the

1. Open the menu and select CAR1) OPER.
2. Select PROTECT o.,,.
, Up to 6 flnages appear in the display.
3. Move the C_ mark to the image you want to protect.
, Turning the SELECT dia]l downwards takes you to the previous image and
upwards takes you to tile next image. "_

• Jump to tile next/previous index screen with the CARD +/- buttons. Ca

• Now you are unable to erase this image. _¢_
5. Close the menu. 7,

• To cancel image protection, move the C_ mark to the protected image and
press the SELECT dial in. The O.,, protect mark disappears.
