thatthe powercord cannotbe
moved,
7. AtIachthe 2 powercordouter
conductors(redandblack)to
the 2 terminals labeledL and
the remaining powercord
conductor(white) t o [he
terminal l abeledN.
8. Tightenall3 screws(3 Nm)so
thatthe powerconducIorsare
heldin placesecurely,
9. Checkthe U.L.strainrelief
clampto makesurethat it is
tight andcannotbeturned.

duct with this dryer,

a chimney, furnace cold air

other ductwork

exhaust system on a regular
basis; at least once a year.

terminate

The Bosch dryers are intended to
be vented outdoors,
To prevent
build-up of moisture and
accumulation
of lint indoors, as well
as to main[ain maximum
drying
efficiency,
it is recommended
that
the dryer is vented outdoors.
Exhaust
air outlet
on the dryer
The dryer is delivered with an
exhaust air outlet on the rear of the
appliance.
To take account
of the spatial
requirements
and an exis[ing
exhaust air system, the following
connection
options are possible for
the exhaust air outlet:
