If one of these messages appears

If any of the following messages are displayed, check the unit while referring to the Cause
and Remedy columns.
Message
Audio is off in the
security mode.
NO DISC
Could not
complete security
setting
Security was not
canceled
Disc is uncorrect.
Security was not
disabled.
CALL 800
Re-enter rolling
code
Cause
Displayed while switching to the ESN
mode.
Displayed when no disc is inserted in the
slot.
Displayed when a problem is found with
the CD you are attempting to register as
the key CD.
Displayed when an attempt to cancel
key CD registration has failed.
If the CD is not recognized as the key
CD when attempting to cancel the oper-
ation lock status, the CD is ejected.
Displayed when the key CD recognition
error occurs for the fifth time while
attempting to cancel the operation lock
status.
Displayed when a rolling code recogni-
tion error occurs.
Wait until the switch to the ESN
mode is completed.
Insert a CD.
The CD is ejected. Insert the CD
again.
Insert the CD and try canceling
registration again.
Insert the correct CD and try
canceling the operation lock sta-
tus again.

Re-enter the rolling code. If the
error is still displayed, contact
the Eclipse dealer at (800) 233-
2216.
