Setup
1. Select an appropriate weight.
2. Adjust range limiter for each arm to the start position shown.
3. Adjust the seat so the handles are at shoulder height.
Exercise
• Grasp the upper handles.
• With your arms extended, elbows slightly bent, pull arms out and back in a slow,
controlled motion.
• Pause at full contraction.
• Slowly return to start position.
Training Tips
• Avoid locking your elbows.
• Set start position so you get a full range of motion.
