1. Select an appropriate weight.

2. Adjust the seat so the thigh pads hold your legs securely in place.
3. Stand, grasp the handles with both hands, and return to the seated position.
Exercise
• Begin with your arms extended, elbows slightly bent.
• Pull the handles to chin level in a slow, controlled motion.
• Pause at full contraction.
• Slowly return to the start position.
Training Tips
• Avoid locking your elbows.
• Avoid pulling the handles behind your neck.
• Maintain good posture.
