1. Select an appropriate weight.
2. Adjust the seat height so the handles are slightly above your shoulders.
Exercise
• Grasp both handles.
• Extend your arms in a slow, controlled motion while keeping your back firmly
against the pad.
• Pause at full extension.
• Slowly return to the start position.

• Avoid locking your elbows.
