Drilling template
^ Place the template on the lower edge
of the rear of the door panel.
There are four short parallel marks in all
four corners of the template.
^ Use these short markings to position
the template correctly.
Example:
On a 594 mm wide panel the 2nd mark-
ing from the centre must line up with
the left and right hand outer edge of the
door panel.
^ Affix the template to the panel using
adhesive tape.
There are various ways of fixing the
panel in position.
Example 1:
^ Drill all fixing holes for the inner door
panel to the specified depth. On
chipboard fronts: inject silicone seal-
ant (supplied) into the (= Ø 10 mm)
free holes.
^ Unscrew the lower screws on the top
hinges on both the left and right hand
side of the door (see illustration).
^ Screw the front panel on through drill
holes 1 and 2 of the inner door panel
(see template) - do not overtighten,
(screws are supplied).
^ Align the front panel.
^ Tighten the screws
^ Fit the front panel with the remaining
screws provided and the hinge
screws.
