Events Log
The Application Alert event log is an OpenView feature that lists
autodiscovery's activities.
When to use
Use this events log for trouble shooting problems that may occur
when you activate autodiscovery manually.
Status
The events log may contain any of the following status messages

Auto-Discovery requested by
user
Auto-Discovery currently in
progress, current request
ignored
Read Only Map -
Auto-Discovery Terminated
Auto-Discovery not available
with this configuration
Error Encountered -
Auto-Discovery Terminated
Auto-Discovery Completed

The request to activate is denied.
You tried to activate autodiscovery
from a read-only map.
You tried to run autodiscovery

when it found an error.
Autodiscovery completed your
request with no errors.
