Release 4.2 Enhancements
Release 4.2 includes all Release 4.1 functionality plus the
enhancements listed below. There are no hardware changes or
Release 4.2.
Additional Network Switch interface and Services Options
for ISDN Primary Rate Interface (PRI)
Release 4.2 of the system supports connectivity to MCI
local exchange carrier (LEC) PRI services and to the following
central office switch types (in addition to the 4ESS™ and 5ESS
switch types that are currently available for AT&T Switched
Network Services):
