Replace the network inter-
face's line adapter with
another one. Plug the basic
telephone into each of the
jacks, and try to place an out-
side call.

Check the volume control
setting on the voice terminal.
Slide the switch to a high
setting.

learn how to program ringing

Slide the T/P switch on the
side of the voice terminal to
the T position and hold it
there.

the trouble still appears on the
basic telephone

all the red and green lights flash
