Automatically identify its best parent server, based on speed and proximity,
and become a managed client of that parent server. For example, when a
mobile user who is based in New York travels to California, the roaming
client detects the new network address and reassigns the user's laptop to the
best parent server.
Connect to the nearest appropriate parent server whenever its network
address changes.
Connect to a different parent server if the current parent server becomes
unavailable.
Periodically recheck for the nearest parent server to adjust for changes in
servers and server load.
