To get support by phone
1 In the Norton AntiVirus main window, click
Support.
2 In the Support drop-down menu, click Get Support.
3 Follow the on-screen instructions.
4 At the bottom of the Norton Autofix window, click
the click here link.
5 In the Norton Autofix window, under Support
Contact Numbers, select the region, and then the
location.
You can use the phone number to contact a support
representative.
Symantec recommends that you have the latest version
of the product, as it contains new and enhanced
features for better protection against security threats.
In case of older versions, complimentary support is
offered for a minimum of 2 years. However, technical
information on these products may still be available
