18. i-WATCHER Installation Method

i-WATCHER Installation Method 1:

Internet Access Mode:

Leased Line, ADSL or Cable Modem

Real IP Address:

A few Static IP addresses required

IP Sharing or LAN Hub:

A Normal LAN switch or hub

i-WATCHER Network Setup:

LAN Enable / Manually

User that have installed multiple i-WATCHER with

User:

multiple Static IP addresses

Connect the given BLUE cable to your i-WATCHER and PC, and use the IPEDIT in the

CD-ROM to set up the i-WATCHER

Please refer to Page 3 for IP address setting.

Assign individual i-WATCHER with a Static IP address.

For remote viewing of IP-Cam: launch IE browser and enter the Static IP address of the

respective i-WATCHER. e.g. http://230.80.86.02
