The IntelliCharge™ II Rapid Charger is packaged with
its required AC transformer.
AC Power Supply
The new optional AC Power Supply connects directly
to the MICRO T•A•C ELITE or to the new
IntelliCharge E•P Charger. When used with your
phone it allows you to power your telephone even if
the battery is fully discharged. The AC Power Supply
powers the phone with or without a battery attached to
the phone. It will also rapid charge the battery
attached to the phone. The phone provides optimal
rapid charging for all batteries attached to the phone,
including E•P batteries. See page 23 for additional
information on the MICRO T•A•C ELITE internal E•P
charger.
To attach the AC Power Supply to your phone or
charger, match the circular contacts together, slide the
accessory connector into the connector slot on your
phone or charger. You will hear a click which indicates
that the connection has been properly made. Plug the
AC Power Supply into any 110V AC outlet.
When using your phone with the AC Power Supply, it
is powered by an external source rather than the
telephone battery. The green LED on the AC Power
Supply lights to indicate the proper connection has
been made and charging can occur.
To remove the AC Power Supply from the phone, use
one of the following methods:
To use the standard method, turn off the telephone,
then squeeze both sizes of the AC Power Supply
connector until the tabs release. Then remove
the connector from the bottom of the phone.
The quick change method allows you to unplug
the AC Power Supply from the phone during a
telephone call without losing the call. Unplug the
connector from the phone by squeezing both
