6-1-2 Diagnostic (Service error messages)

The printer does not operate when a message beginning with "Call service ####" or "Call
service person F0##" is displayed. The message is categorized as follows:

(1) Call service 7980 - Waste toner full [Total page count less than 100,000 pages of printing]

Shake the process unit
horizontally.
Turn power switch off,
then on.

Replace the process
