Powering the Camera with Household Power

Powering the camera with AC Adapter Kit ACK-DC30 (sold separately)
eliminates the need to monitor the remaining battery level.

Make sure the camera is off.

Insert the coupler.

Follow step 2 on = 1 6 to open the
cover.
z z
Insert the coupler facing the direction
shown, just as you would a battery
(following step 3 on = 1 6).

Follow step 5 on = 1 7 to close the
cover.

Connect the adapter to the
coupler.
z z Open the cover and insert the adapter
plug fully into the coupler.

Connect the power cord.
z z Insert one end of the power cord into the
compact power adapter, and then plug
the other end into a power outlet.
z z Turn the camera on and use it as desired.
z z
When finished, turn the camera off and
unplug the power cord from the outlet.
