Troubleshooting connection through the Real-Time view
To configure User Access Control on Windows Vista
1 On the client computer with the Microsoft Windows Vista operating system,
open the Control Panel.
2 Double-click User Accounts.
3 In the User Accounts dialog box, click Turn User Account Control on or off.
4 Uncheck Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer,
and then click OK.
To configure User Access Control on Windows 7
1 On the client computer with the Microsoft Windows 7 operating system, open
the Control Panel.

Click User Accounts.
3 Click Change User Account Control settings.
4 Move the slider to Never notify, and then click OK.
